Our approach
A new build is an opportunity to get the wiring right from the outset. We plan off the drawings, walk the frames with the builder, and run everything before the gib goes on. No patched walls, no compromises hiding behind fresh paint.

A full plan from the drawings: circuits, lighting, data, and provision for what comes later.

Pre-wire
Every run in place before lining, coordinated with plumbing, HVAC and the build programme.

Fit-off
Switchgear, lighting and hardware fitted cleanly at the finish, matched to the interior spec.

Certification
Tested and certified at handover, with a tidy, labelled board behind it all.
