Lighting and automation are hard to judge from a set of drawings, so this page shows finished work. Each project sets out the brief, then the scope in four parts.
A beachfront new build at the Mount runs over three floors, with linear lighting designed alongside Liv Light and a control screen on every floor. A 22-panel solar install on Valley Road was modelled from the homeowner’s power bill before she spent anything. And a 33-panel solar and battery install on Oceanbeach Road pairs a 10kW SigenStor inverter with 36kWh of storage, with the panels split into three strings so the tree beside the garage cannot drag the whole system down.
